Strategic PS Operations Director: AI-Driven Transformation

Keyloop is seeking a Senior PS Operations Director to run the operational engine of Professional Services and lead the Services 2.0 transformation. You will partner with the CDO to translate strategy into execution, govern financials, and drive workforce and productised services delivery across regions.

You will own weekly cadence, board-ready updates, KPI frameworks, and a data-driven culture that improves margin and growth while building capability in Global Delivery Centres and regional hubs.
