Strategic Property Acquisition Lead

IDA Ireland is seeking a property acquisitions professional to assist with identifying, assessing and acquiring land and buildings to support IDA's regional and national objectives and to align the portfolio with the Organisation's strategy and client requirements.

You will coordinate due diligence, manage external advisors, prepare business cases and financial appraisals, monitor budgets and reporting, and help ensure value for money and governance across acquisition projects.
