Strategic Product Operations Lead

Wise in London is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the Product Operations team. This is a senior role partnering with product and tribe leadership to move autonomous product teams faster, stay aligned, and build the right things for customers and partners.

The role focuses on shaping operating rhythms, writing on a blank canvas, and guiding teams through trade-offs, planning and delivery. You will coach talent, manage budgets, and stay hands-on when needed to deliver outcomes.
