Strategic Procurement & Contracts Lead - Education

1st Executive Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead strategic public sector procurement across multiple academies. You will manage end-to-end processes including FTS tenders, framework agreements and formal sourcing activities in line with the Procurement Act 2023.
