Strategic Portfolio Value & Benefits Lead

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Business Case & Benefits Lead to shape the investment decision framework across the One Plan portfolio. You will influence senior leaders to ensure change investments deliver measurable value and are aligned to strategic priorities.

You will own the framework, provide independent challenge on business cases and lead portfolio-level benefits oversight, ensuring value is defined, tracked and realised across the portfolio.
