Strategic Planning & Performance Lead

St John Ambulance is seeking a Planning & Performance Lead to coordinate organisation-wide planning and performance initiatives. You will drive annual and multi-year cycles, align plans across national, regional and local teams, and deliver high-quality reporting for senior leaders.

You will shape planning frameworks, strengthen governance, and enable continuous improvement through insight and collaboration.
