Strategic People Partner for Education Transformation

The Youth Engagement Schools Trust (YES Trust) is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our People Team. You will act as a trusted advisor to Headteachers and senior leaders, guiding them through complex people challenges and delivering innovative solutions that help schools thrive.

Working with the Director of People, you will lead the Trust's People Strategy, drive workforce development, and ensure high-quality HR services across our schools and regional hubs.
