Strategic People Partner - Change & Talent (South Coast)

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Field-based People Partner on the South Coast, based in Ashford, to act as the trusted partner to a Senior Director and deliver the people agenda across a major business area.

You will work with senior leaders to implement operating model changes, organisation design and transformation initiatives, while driving performance, talent and succession activities and providing coaching and guidance on people matters.
