Strategic People & Culture Partner - Onsite (Drogheda)

Hilton Foods in Drogheda is seeking a strategic People and Culture Business Partner to shape the people agenda and partner with leaders across the business. You will analyse data, drive engagement, and lead change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will support line managers on grievances, restructurings and policy governance while championing equality, inclusion and diversity. This role is on-site in Drogheda with standard Monday-Friday hours.
