Job Description
Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a Director of People and Culture to join the Executive Leadership Team and support the CFRO in setting strategic direction. This role will drive people and culture initiatives, build strategic relationships and lead teams through organisational improvement programmes.
The position is based at NIFRS HQ in Lisburn, requires 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00) with flexible working, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including on-site
