Strategic Payroll & Rewards Director

HC-One - HR is seeking a Head of Pay and Reward to lead our payroll and total reward functions at the Darlington Support Office. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on accurate payroll delivery for thousands of colleagues across a multi-site care organisation.

You will shape pay structures, benefits and recognition programmes while delivering annual pay reviews, benchmarking and market analysis. Strong leadership and governance are essential to support workforce planning and
