Strategic Payroll & HR Analytics Leader

EFI Group in London is seeking an experienced HR Payroll and Analytics Manager to lead payroll, HR data and people systems across the group. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will ensure accurate, compliant operations and use insights to support workforce planning and organisational improvement.

You will oversee recruitment, deliver effective reporting, and drive continuous improvement in payroll and HR systems while maintaining a high quality candidate experience.
