Elect Capital is seeking a Partnerships Lead to own the broker and partner network in London. You will drive deal sign-off, lead negotiations, and scale a high-performing team of Partnerships Executives with clear strategy and targets.

You will work cross-functionally with underwriting, sales and operations to ensure smooth deal flow, while building trusted relationships and spotting new commercial opportunities in SME lending and fintech.
