Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Exchange Platforms

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the digital media industry.
• Experience with online media buying and selling processes, DSPs, SSPs and the publisher landscape.
• Experience working with C-level or executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in consultative sales.
• Ability to solve problems and understand complex products, services, and agreement structures.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work on their own.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across business.
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals (e.g., business growth and other performance metrics).
• Drive account and business planning using a consultative approach to devise strategies to meet business objectives.
• Align customer business needs with product solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and direction for go-to-market strategy or partner initiatives.
