Strategic Partner Success Ops Leader

Protect Group seeks a Customer/Partner Success Operations Lead to design and own the end-to-end operations post-onboarding, from handover through renewal. You will build segmentation, a coverage model, a partner lifecycle, and the data health-score infrastructure to drive proactive account management.

You will also develop reporting cadences for executives and boards, run renewal forecasting, and own churn management with cross-functional interlocks across Sales, Product and Support.
