Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee supported living homes across Harrow and Hertfordshire. This full-time position requires a dynamic leader with a background in the supportive living sector, capable of driving financial performance and mentoring Registered Managers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience as a Registered Manager and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care. Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
