Job Description
Wiltshire Creative is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead strategic operations across Salisbury Playhouse, Salisbury Arts Centre and the Salisbury International Arts Festival. The role will oversee premises, facilities, visitor experience at events, and Events management, while coordinating IT, health and safety and other support services.
