Strategic MSP Account Manager

INNOVATE in Ireland seeks a Sales Account Manager to own the commercial relationship and growth of a defined MSP client portfolio. You will be the primary contact for revenue retention, growth, and client satisfaction across SME to mid-market accounts.

You will translate client priorities into expanded services, feed market insight into INNOVATE's strategic roadmap, and drive upsell opportunities across cloud, security, and networking. This role reports to the Senior SAM.
