Strategic Leader, Startups & Velocity SDRs

Stripe in Ireland is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a high performing SDR organization across SMB and Commercial segments. You will coach 5 teams and 45 SDRs, shape strategic plans, and partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing.

The role demands a data-driven leader who converts insights into scalable processes, hires and mentors future leaders, and drives multi-quarter growth while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
