Job Description
Love Recruitment Limited is partnering with a growing fitness business to recruit a Head of Performance & Development. The role is field-based across the UK with travel, and Southern England is based.
Salary is £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits, and you will join the senior leadership team to drive commercial success through developing leaders and enhancing performance. You will coach Area Managers, shape strategy with the executive team, and implement development plans that strengthen leadership
