Strategic Leader, People Education & Development

The NHS is looking for a senior leader as the Head of People Education and Development. This role is based in Carmarthen and will oversee the development of the People Education & Development Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare education and workforce development. The position promises the opportunity to shape the NHS workforce while enhancing patient care across the communities.

A Masters level qualification is required, along with various forms of organizational influence.
