Strategic Leader for Children & Families Ministry

Station Hill Baptist Church in Chippenham is seeking a Children and Families Leader (CFL) to shape and grow our ministry, building on existing strengths and developing a vision for the future. The CFL will provide strategic leadership, oversee Sunday children's ministry, build relationships with families, and recruit volunteers to support a thriving, faith-filled community.

Hours start at 20 per week with potential for full-time for the right candidate; salary £26k-£32k depending on experience
