Strategic Leader, Animal Management & Land-Based Studies

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Deputy Head of Animal Management and Land Based Studies at EKC Canterbury College to drive curriculum excellence, improve teaching quality, monitor KPIs and deliver an outstanding learner experience across animal management and land-based subjects.

The role involves leading a team, implementing the department's quality improvement plan, analysing monthly data such as retention and attendance, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure curriculum
