Strategic Leader - Compliance Governance & Reporting

Swift Software is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to lead governance, reporting and MI across the organisation from its London base. You will own the end-to-end reporting cycle for stakeholders, partner with the CCO and senior teams, and drive data quality, narrative quality and board-ready insights.

You will lead the Governance & Reporting function, embed standards, support regulatory change initiatives and develop the team.
