Job Description
Seddon Construction is seeking a Head of Pre-Construction - Assets & Decarbonisation in Bolton to steer strategic pre-construction activities for Housing Partnerships NW. Lead bid strategy, nurture client relationships, and build a high-performing team delivering growth in sustainable homes.
Role requires track record in bid/tender leadership, a relevant undergraduate degree (BSc or equivalent), MCIOB or RICS, and a passion for decarbonisation.
