Strategic Land & Property Programme Lead

East West Railway Company is seeking a Land and Property Programme Manager in Milton Keynes to deliver the land and property strategy for the Development Consent Order and project delivery. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate external suppliers, and ensure governance and risk management across the land workstreams.

This permanent role requires a track record in land acquisition, strong leadership, and the ability to explain property matters to non- specialists.
