Strategic L&D Manager - Leadership Development, Travel

The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to join our Colleague Experience team. In this strategic role, you will shape and deliver impactful learning programmes that align with our Trust's vision and values.

This position requires leading a team of L&D Facilitators and coordinating with various departments to ensure our colleagues have access to engaging and effective development opportunities. Flexibility in working patterns can be discussed, along with a commitment to on-site presence weekly.
