Strategic IT Service Readiness Lead

DXC Technology is seeking an IT Service Operational Readiness Lead to ensure new or changed IT services are production-ready before go-live. You will bridge project delivery, service management, and operations to complete readiness activities, documentation, and approvals.

The role requires coordinating ORR, OAT, knowledge transfer, risk management, and service handover with project managers, architects, and support teams to ensure scalable, controlled transitions and ongoing service stability.
