Strategic IR & TUPE Manager: Union Relations & Transfers

Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations & TUPE Manager to lead our IR strategy, manage trade unions, and oversee TUPE compliance across the business. You will report to the Employee Relations Director and guide senior stakeholders and HR teams.

You will design training, lead multi-site TUPE transfers, and manage large-scale mobilisations with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and compliance. CIPD qualification is preferred and occasional UK travel is required.
