Strategic HSW Leader for Multi-Site Infra

Turner Lovell is recruiting a Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead strategic HSW across major highways maintenance operations. The role focuses on embedding a positive safety culture, ensuring legal compliance and driving continuous improvement across multiple contracts and sites.

You will work with senior leadership, clients and supply-chain partners to shape HSW strategy, oversee risk, and promote wellbeing initiatives, with a focus on incident investigation and performance metrics.
