Strategic HRBP for School Leadership (32h/wk)

A progressive educational institution is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead on operational and strategic HR matters. You will act as a trusted partner to management and coach them on best practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 for 32 hours a week, along with an opportunity to make a significant impact in the organization.
