Strategic HRBP & UK Country Lead

Mettler Toledo AG is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Leicester to strategically partner with business leadership while acting as the Country HR Lead for the UK. This role involves translating business strategies into people priorities, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess significant HR Business Partner experience and a strong understanding of UK labour law. They will also lead local HR initiatives and support the implementation of Workday.
