Strategic HRBP - UK & Europe

CoStar Group in London, UK seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide full-cycle HR support for management and staff. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with objectives, focusing on engagement, retention, performance and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong employee relations skills, data analysis and the ability to drive HR processes across the UK. Experience with AI in HR and CIPD qualification are preferred.
