Strategic HRBP - Operations & Supply Chain

McCormick & Company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Operations and Supply Chain across two UK locations (Haddenham and Peterborough). The role acts as day-to-day HR lead at one site and provides strategic oversight at the other, reporting into the Site Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and business performance while partnering with senior leaders to enable capability, change, and engagement.
