Strategic HRBP - Judicial Office (SW & Wales)

Judicial Office HR invites a strategic HR Business Partner to support the South West & Wales region from Bristol. The role leads HR activity in a Ambiguous environment, building trusted relationships with regional judicial leaders and advising on talent, diversity and organisational health.

You will line manage at least one HEO, collaborate with HMCTS HRBP, and shape the regional HR operating model aligned to the Judicial Office strategy.
