Strategic HR Partner: Talent, Change & Recruitment Leader

Howett Thorpe Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HR team in Hampshire. You will partner with senior leaders, shape people strategy and lead recruitment across multiple sites in a blend of strategic and hands-on HR delivery.

The role requires broad generalist HR expertise, strong ER knowledge and a track record in talent acquisition, with CIPD qualification preferred.
