Strategic HR Partner for People & Performance

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the full lifecycle in a fast-paced UK business. You will handle employee relations cases and coach managers on policy application.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver practical people solutions, contribute to workforce planning and succession, support recruitment and onboarding, and use HR data to inform decisions while ensuring GDPR and employment law compliance.
