Job Description
Arctic Wolf seeks an experienced People Manager to support its Go-to-Market organisation across the EMEA region. You will partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies, plans, and organizational changes that enable growth and improve performance.
You will build talent development, succession plans, and enable leaders with coaching while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and global policies. This role requires strong stakeholder influence and strategic thinking.
