Strategic HR Partner for Growth & Engagement

MacTaggart Scott, an established naval defence contractor, is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape people strategies and support growth. Based on site at Loanhead, you will partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives while balancing strategic and hands-on leadership.

You will drive organisational development, succession planning, workforce planning, engagement, and culture initiatives, while coaching HR Co-ordinators and leading a small HR team.
