Job Description

New Balance is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across our European Commercial Wholesale business, driving people strategy and talent initiatives in a fast-growing multi-country environment.

Based in Amsterdam or Warrington, you will align HR plans with business objectives, coach leaders, manage talent acquisition and succession, and champion our culture and DE&I while traveling up to 20%.
