Strategic HR Partner - UK&I & NEU Lead

Alfa Laval invites an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for UK&I sales and act as HR Country Manager. You will partner with senior leaders, translate global strategy into local actions, and drive talent development and organisational change.

Based in Camberley, you will work with regional peers across Northern Europe, empower managers to recruit, retain and develop talent, and ensure compliant, high-performance HR practices in a fast-growing business.
