Strategic HR Partner - Change, Culture & Growth

Lothian Buses Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to influence change, support leadership, and drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple depots.

You will work closely with depot management, engineering managers, and drivers to deliver an ambitious people agenda. The role requires robust employee relations expertise, policy development, and a track record of delivering training and HR projects in a fast-paced, unionised environment.
