Strategic HR Partner - Change & Talent Leader

Saffery LLP is seeking an experienced HR Business Partnering Lead to provide strategic HR partnership across four southern offices, with a base in London or Bristol and frequent travel to other offices. The role centres on delivering value through people initiatives aligned to the firm's strategy and EVP.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape and implement people strategies, drive change, and collaborate with the L&D and HR advisory teams to manage talent and external partnerships.
