Strategic HR Partner - 12-Month Fixed Term (TUPE/Change)

InHealth, the UK's leading healthcare diagnostics provider, is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term mat cover. You will partner with leaders to drive organisational design, support TUPE and integrations, and lead strategic HR projects that shape our business.

You'll own employee relations and deliver ER clinics while coaching managers on best practice. The role requires CIPD Level 5, strong employment-law knowledge, and excellent communication.
