Strategic HR Manager - People & Growth

Kyocera-AVX Components Limited is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead people strategy, boost employee engagement and maintain a great workplace culture. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, training and employee relations while partnering with management to drive talent growth in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires CIPD qualification, strong knowledge of GB and NI employment law, and the ability to balance hands-on work with strategic projects.
