Strategic HR Manager - Lead Change & Growth in CS&D

apetito Limited is seeking an HR Manager for Customer Services & Distribution to partner with CS&D leaders, shape the workforce plan and drive change initiatives. The role focuses on employee relations, governance and coaching managers to build capability, with travel between Portbury, Trowbridge and Avonmouth as needed.

You will lead HR activities for the CS&D Investment Project, ensuring workforce design, recruitment, engagement and transition planning align with business objectives.
