Strategic HR Generalist - Lead People, Policy & Recruitment

Happy Raspberry Ltd in Portadown is seeking an HR Generalist to take ownership of the company's people framework, policies and HR practices. This stand-alone role will work closely with the Senior Management team to support the business now and as it grows.

The role covers policy ownership, end-to-end recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and culture initiatives, payroll liaison via Sage, and benefits administration.
