Strategic HR Compliance & Workforce Risk (NIS2/DORA) Lead

Digital Realty, Inc. is looking for an HR Compliance & Workforce Risk specialist to lead the management of HR controls related to compliance with EU regulations such as NIS2 and DORA. You'll work closely with various teams including Cyber Security and Legal to implement HR practices that ensure compliance across different jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HR Governance and compliance and is proficient in managing audit documentation and stakeholder communications.
