Job Description

You will partner with SMT/Directors to align people strategy with business goals, delivering strategic and operational HR support, policy compliance, and transformation initiatives.
The role requires a 360-degree HR generalist capable of driving OD, talent management, payroll oversight, and recruitment across 300+ employees, with travel to UK sites
