Strategic HR & Governance Partner

The Scottish Police Authority is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide strategic HR and Health & Safety governance advice to the Authority's Members, executive team and senior officers. You will contribute to workforce governance oversight and help develop and implement policy with a focus on legislation, best practice and value creation.

Strong experience in employee relations, stakeholder management and negotiation of pay and terms is essential.
